SALARY / PROMOTION / RECLASSIFICATION. 10.1 Benefit eligible employees (3.5 hrs or more) will be paid in 12 equal payments. Staff hired prior to July 1, 2015 may continue with 10 month pay if previously selected. Non-benefit eligible employees will be paid in 10 equal payments. 10.2 The salary schedule in effect for the 2015-2016 year shall be arrived at by increasing the 2014-15 salary schedule by 3%. The salary schedule in effect for 2016-2017 shall be arrived at by increasing the 2015-2016 salary schedule by 2%. The salary schedule in effect for 2017-2018 shall be arrived at by increasing the 2016-2017 salary schedule by 2%.
