Salary Representatives. Employees elected or appointed as salary representatives of a Union shall be granted leave of absence without pay while so engaged, provided written request is made by the Union. In the event that the employee shall return to work with the Board, they shall be entitled to all benefits. They shall accrue seniority for the duration of the leave.
