Common use of Salary Schedule, Ranges and Steps Clause in Contracts

Salary Schedule, Ranges and Steps. The salary program shall provide salary schedules, salary rates, ranges, and steps for each class specification. Each salary range shall be assigned a title and number and shall consist of six steps at intervals of approximately five percent (5%). This information will be found in the Salary Schedule attached as Appendix A.
