Sale and Purchase Deed / Completion. 6.1. Within a maximum term of 10 Business Days as of this date, this Agreement shall be notarised (Elevado a público) before a Notary Public of Barcelona by means of a public deed (escritura pública) of sale and purchase of the Shares (the “SPA Deed”) and, consequently, the Seller will transfer to the Purchaser its title over the Shares. 6.2. Simultaneously with the execution of the SPA Deed, the Parties shall also perform the following closing actions as part of a single transaction:
