Sale and Purchase Deed / Completion. 6.1. Within a maximum term of 10 Business Days as of this date, this Agreement shall be notarised (Elevado a público) before a Notary Public of Barcelona by means of a public deed (escritura pública) of sale and purchase of the Shares (the “SPA Deed”) and, consequently, the Seller will transfer to the Purchaser its title over the Shares.
