Common use of Sale Coordination Fees Clause in Contracts

Sale Coordination Fees. If at any time during this agreement Owner agrees to sell the Property and Xxxxxx is not paid a fee under Paragraph 11G(1) or (2), Owner will pay Broker $50 per hour for Broker's time and services to coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, repairs, and other related matters. Fees under this Paragraph 11 G(3) are earned at the time such services are rendered and payable upon Owner's receipt of Xxxxxx's invoice.

Sale Coordination Fees. If at any time during this agreement Owner agrees to sell the Property and Xxxxxx is not paid a fee under Paragraph 11G(112H (1) or (2), Owner will pay Broker $50 per hour for Broker's ’s time and services to coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, repairs, and other related matters.
