Common use of Sale of Broadcast Rights Clause in Contracts

Sale of Broadcast Rights. Pursuant to the terms and conditions and subject to the exceptions and exclusions of Section 1 and Section 2, Licensor shall not, and shall cause Grupo Televisa not to, sell, license or otherwise alienate any Broadcast rights in any Licensed Media in the Territory to any Audiovisual Content to the extent such Broadcast rights would be reasonably expected (absent such sale, license or other alienation) to become Licensed Rights, and to vest with Licensee during the Term.
