Sale of Location or Business Clause Samples

Sale of Location or Business. In the event that, after the Effective Date, PALMS proposes to sell any or all of its locations or businesses that are subject to this CIA, PALMS shall notify OIG at least 30 days prior to the proposed sale. This notification shall include a description of the location or business to be sold, a brief description of the terms of the sale, and the name and contact information of the prospective purchaser. This CIA shall be binding on the purchaser of such location or business, unless otherwise determined and agreed to in writing by OIG.

Sale of Location or Business. In the event that, after the Effective Date, MBPC proposes to sell any or all of its locations or businesses that are subject to this IA, MBPC shall notify OIG at least 30 days prior to the proposed sale. This IA shall be binding on the purchaser of such location or business, unless otherwise determined and agreed to in writing by OIG.
