Common use of Sale of Other Materials Clause in Contracts

Sale of Other Materials. Forest Service reserves the right to sell from Contract Area during the period of this contract any materials or products not subject to its terms, but shall not permit removal, possession, or use thereof that will materially interfere with Contractor’s Operations.
