Common use of Sale of Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Sale of Personal Property. The Seller will not transfer or dispose of, or permit to be sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of, any item or group of items constituting Personal Property, except for the use and consumption of inventory and other supplies and spare parts, and the replacement of worn out, obsolete and defective tools, equipment and appliances, in the ordinary course of business.

Sale of Personal Property. The Seller will not transfer or dispose of, or permit to be sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of, any item or group of items constituting Personal personal property associated with the Property, except for the use and consumption of inventory inventory, office and other supplies and spare parts, and the replacement of worn out, obsolete and defective tools, equipment and appliances, in the ordinary course of business.
