To retain all non-real estate Collateral in full or partial satisfaction of any unpaid Obligations as provided in the Code or sell the non-real estate Collateral at public or private sale after giving at least ten (10) days’ notice of the time and place of the sale, with or without having the Collateral physically present at the place of the sale (such notice constituting reasonable notice under the Code);
