Common use of Sale of Product Clause in Contracts

Sale of Product. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the Delivery Term, Seller shall sell and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer shall purchase from Seller at the applicable prices set forth in Exhibit C, all of the Product produced by or associated with the Facility.
