Sales Charges/Dealer Concessions. On each purchase of Shares by clients of Dealer from Distributor, the total sales charges and dealer concessions or commissions, if any, payable to Dealer shall be as set forth in the Fund’s Prospectus, subject to the reduction or waiver of any such fees in the Dealer’s discretion, as described in the Prospectus.
