Sales/Commissions Reports. (a) simPRO shall provide or make available to the Referrer a monthly report summarising the sales activities of the Referrer and the Referral Fee payable. (b) simPRO reserves the right not to reveal the names or other personal information about Referrals and Qualified Referrals in the monthly report.
