Common use of Sales Information Clause in Contracts

Sales Information. 32.1 If requested by the Authority, the Contractor shall provide the Authority with statements giving accurate and complete details of the quantity and value of the Services provided by the Contractor to the Authority pursuant to the Contract. The frequency, format and level of detail to be included in such statements shall be as specified by the Authority in the Purchase Order (or, if no such description is set out in or attached to the Purchase Order, as set out in or attached to any documentation inviting the Contractor to tender for the appointment to provide the Services, including any documentation issued, or made available, to the Contractor). 32.2 The Contractor shall keep at its normal place of business detailed, accurate and up to date records of the quantity and value of the Services provided by it to any Authority, on or after the date of the Contract and pursuant to the Contract together with accurate details of the identity of the Authority to which such Services were provided. Subject to any other auditing process being agreed between the Authority and the Contractor in writing, the Authority shall be entitled by prior appointment to enter the Contractor‟s normal place of business during normal office hours and to inspect such records in order to verify whether any statement supplied by the Contractor to the Authority pursuant to Clause 32.1 is accurate and complete.
