Common use of Sales Information Clause in Contracts

Sales Information. 24.1 If requested by the Authority, the Supplier shall provide the Authority with statements giving accurate and complete details of the quantity and value of the Goods supplied by the Supplier to Participating Authorities pursuant to this Framework Agreement. The frequency, format and level of detail to be included in such statements shall be as specified by the Authority in the Invitation to Offer, or as otherwise agreed between the Authority and the Supplier.‌
