Sales Materials and Information. 4.1. The Company shall furnish, or shall cause to be furnished, in the Trust or the Trust Underwriter, each piece of salrs literature or other promotional material in which the Trust or the Trust's investment manager, sub-adviser or Trust Underwriter is named, at least five business days prior to its use. No such material shall be used if the Trust or the Trust Underwriter reasonably objects in writing to such use within five business days after receipt of such material.
