Common use of Sales of Deposited Shares Clause in Contracts

Sales of Deposited Shares. The Voting Trustee will have no authority to Transfer the Deposited Shares except in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or as authorized in accordance with the constating documents of the Corporation or as authorized in accordance with the terms of the Shareholder’s Agreement. Any proceeds arising from any such Transfer of Deposited Shares will not belong to the Voting Trustee and the Voting Trustee will as soon as reasonably practicable pay over all such amounts to the Shareholders in their respective proportions.

Sales of Deposited Shares.
