Sales Outlets. To support the Company’s direct selling distribution channel and to protect the independent contractor relationship, Associates may not sell Neumi products in any wholesale, warehouse, or discount establishment, or any online auction or buy-sell site (including but not limited to Amazon and ebay) without prior written approval from Neumi. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Associates may display and sell Neumi products at professional trade shows.
Sales Outlets. To support the Compa- ny’s direct selling distribution channel and to protect the independent contractor rela- tionship, Coaches agree that they will not sell Beyond Slim products in any wholesale, warehouse, or discount establishment, in any service related establishment (including but not limited to fitness centers, salons, health care providers’ offices, or any online auction or buy-sell site (including but not limited to Amazon & ebay).
Sales Outlets. To support the Company’s direct selling distribution channel and to protect the independent contractor relationship, Consultants agree that they will not physically sell Qyral products in any service-related establishment or any retail, wholesale, warehouse, or discount establishment, or any online retail, auction, or buy-sell site (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, etc) without prior written approval from Qyral.

To support the Company’s direct selling distribution channel and to protect the independent contractor relationship, Coaches agree that they will not sell Beyond Slim products in any wholesale, warehouse, or discount establishment, in any service related establishment (including but not limited to fitness centers, salons, health care providers’ offices, or any online auction or buy-sell site (including but not limited to Amazon & eBay).
Sales Outlets. GCOOPERS may sell GCOOP products through Care Seller retail shops that are authorized by GCOOP USA. GCOOPERS may also sell GCOOP mer- chandise in other retail outlets and display it on store shelves, but may not display any GCOOP logo, trademark, product photo- graph, product image, or other material that GCOOP (in its sole discretion) believes re- lates to GCOOP merchandise, in any retail outlet. GCOOPERS may sell GCOOP mer- chandise at professional conventions upon receipt of the Company’s written approval. GCOOPERS may not sell merchandise to any individual or entity that re-sells or dis- tributes the merchandise.
Sales Outlets. To support the Compa- ny’s distribution channel, Affiliates agree that they will not sell JIFU products or ser- vices in any establishment that has a physi- cal location, or any online auction or buy- sell site (including but not limited to Ama- zon® and/or eBay®) without prior written approval from JIFU. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Affiliates may display and sell JIFU products at professional trade shows.
Sales Outlets. To support the Company’s direct selling distribution channel and to protect the independent contractor relationship, Stylists agree that they will not sell Cinder & Sky products in any wholesale, warehouse, or discount establishment unless the Stylist owns and personally operates the retail outlet. Under no circumstances may Stylists list or sell Cinder & Sky products on any online auction or buy-sell site (including but not limited to ebay or Amazon). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Stylists may display and sell Cinder & Sky products at trade shows.
Sales Outlets. To support the Compa- ny’s direct selling distribution channel and to protect the independent contractor rela- tionship, Marketing Partners agree that they will not sell Arego products in any whole- sale, warehouse, or discount establishment, or any online auction or buy-sell site (in- cluding but not limited to ebay) without pri- or written approval from Arego. Notwith- standing the foregoing, Marketing Partners may display and sell Arego products at pro- fessional trade shows.
Sales Outlets. To support the Company’s direct selling distribution channel and to protect the independent contractor relationship, Consultants agree that they will not sell TrūAura products in any retail, wholesale, warehouse, or discount establishment, or any online auction or buy-sell site (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay and craigslist) without prior written approval from TrūAura. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Consultants may display and sell TrūAura products at professional trade shows.
Sales Outlets. To support the Company’s direct selling distribution channel and to protect the independent contractor relationship, Griddy Pros agree that they will not sell Griddy products in any bricks and mortar retail, wholesale, warehouse, discount establishment, or service-related establishment (e.g., a professional office or appointment-based business), or any online retail, auction, or buy- sell site (including but not limited to Amazon and eBay) without prior written approval from Griddy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Griddy Pros may display promotional materials and enroll customers at professional trade shows.
