SALES PRICE OF CRUDE OIL. 18.1. For the purposes of this Agreement, and especially for application of articles 16.2, 16.6, 17, 22 and 27, the price of the Crude Oil shall be the “Market Price” F.O.B. at the point of Delivery of the Crude Oil, expressed in Dollars per barrel and payable at thirty (30) days from date of Xxxx of Lading, as determined below for each Calendar Quarter. A Market Price shall be determined for each type of Crude Oil or blend of Crude Oils.
