SALES PROMOTION ASSISTANCE. In order that authorized Toyota dealers may be assured of the benefits of comprehensive advertising and promotion of Toyota Products, DISTRIBUTOR agrees to establish and maintain general advertising and promotion programs and will from time to time make sales promotion and campaign materials available to DEALER to promote the sales of such Toyota Products at a reasonable charge where applicable.
