Common use of Same-Day Availability Clause in Contracts

Same-Day Availability. Electronic direct deposits, wire transfers and other electronic funds transfers will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Funds from cash deposits and checks drawn on Old National Bank will also be available on the day we receive the deposit, if the deposit is made in person to one of our employees or at a Bank ATM.
