Common use of Same-Day Availability Clause in Contracts

Same-Day Availability. Funds from the following types of deposits will be available on the Business Day we receive the deposit: • ACH Direct Deposits (like payroll direct deposits or payments from other third parties to you) that are initiated by the person paying you; • Funds transferred from another one of your Synchrony Bank accounts, so long as those funds were free of any holds when transferred; and • Wire transfers.
