Sample Pick-Ups Transported by Xxxxxx Labs. The risk of loss or damage to any sample will be assumed by Xxxxxx Labs at the time physical sample possession is assigned to an employee of Xxxxxx Labs. Xxxxxx Labs agrees to make every reasonable effort to obtain samples in a timely manner but cannot be held responsible for delays outside of their control such as traffic conditions, automobile failure, weather, and employee illness or death.
