Sampling and Testing Requirements. XXXX will perform sampling and testing at the Facility in accordance with the Safe Water Drinking Act, the Drinking Water Systems Regulation (O. Reg. 170/03), Municipal Drinking Water Licences (or Certificates of Approval) and Applicable Laws. Sampling and testing shall occur for the following three sub-systems separately:

Sampling and Testing Requirements. 2.3.1 After excavation, confirmation samples should be undertaken at limits of excavation to confirm that all contaminated soils have been excavated. The confirmation samples shall be analysed by an HOKLAS accredited laboratory and if the analytical results are below the relevant Dutch B/C levels, removal of contaminated soil shall be considered complete. If the analytical samples exceed the relevant action levels, more soil shall be excavated (either with 0.5m increment in vertical or 1m in horizontal direction depending on whether the exceeding confirmation sample is collected from a sidewall or excavation base), and additional confirmation samples shall be collected and analysed until all confirmation samples are below the relevant action levels.
Sampling and Testing Requirements. 2.4.1 The objective of the biopile closure assessment is to collect soil samples for testing in order to ensure that the soil contaminant levels in the biopiles are below the cleanup targets for TPH / VOCs / SVOC. Furthermore, for soil to be treated subsequently by solidification / stabilization, the levels of the concerned metals will also be analysed to provide the baseline conditions.

  • Operating Requirements Any operating and technical requirements that may be applicable due to Regional Transmission Organization, Independent System Operator, control area, or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s requirements, including those set forth in the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement. Operating Requirements shall include Applicable Reliability Standards.
