Sampling Observation Reports. In the course of each Sampling Visit, the Licensee will carry out site-specific observations in accordance with its accredited procedures or where specifically required by SW under the Trade Effluent Sampling Plan, including the site-specific observations listed in the Trade Effluent Sampling Code of Practice. The Licensee must record any site-specific observations which it carries out under this paragraph, and, within 5 Business Days of the date of each Sampling Visit, it must submit to SW a Sampling Observation Report containing details thereof. This paragraph 3 is without prejudice to the provisions of the next following paragraph.
