Common use of San Francisco Accessibility Disclosure Clause in Contracts

San Francisco Accessibility Disclosure. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that: (1) Tenant has received, read, understood and signed the Disability Access Obligations Notice attached hereto as part of Exhibit B; (2) Tenant has received, read and understood the Disability Access Brochure attached hereto as part of Exhibit C; and (3) this Lease clearly and satisfactorily explains Landlord’s and Tenant’s respective obligations and liabilities for making and paying for required disability access improvements on the Premises. Landlord and Tenant shall use reasonable efforts to notify each other if they make alterations to the Premises that might impact accessibility under federal and state disability access laws. TENANT SHOULD NOTE THAT the Premises and the Property may not currently meet all applicable construction-related accessibility standards, including standards for public restrooms and ground floor entrances and exits.
