Wiring and Cabling Installations. Landlord will direct Tenant's electricians and other vendors as to where and how data, telephone, and electrical wires and cables are to be installed. No boring or cutting for wires or cables will be allowed without the prior written consent of Landlord. The location of burglar alarms, smoke detectors, telephones, call boxes and other office equipment affixed to the Premises shall be subject to the written approval of Landlord.
