Wiring and Cabling Installations. Landlord will direct Tenant's electricians and other vendors as to where and how data, telephone, and electrical wires and cables are to be installed. No boring or cutting for wires or cables will be allowed without the prior written consent of Landlord. The location of burglar alarms, smoke detectors, telephones, call boxes and other office equipment affixed to the Premises shall be subject to the written approval of Landlord.

The location of burglar alarms, smoke detectors, and call boxes shall be subject to the written approval of Landlord which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

No boring or cutting through structural or load-bearing portions of the Premises for wires or cables will be allowed without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld so long as such boring or cutting does not affect the structural integrity of the Building, and Tenant complies with any requirements of Landlord's independent structural engineer.
