SAN XXXX FACILITY USE SURCHARGE. The San Xxxx Facility Use Surcharge is estimated to be $18.06 per car for Fiscal Years 2016, 2017, and 2018. The total San Xxxx Facility Use Surcharge for CITY will be based on CITY’s participation at the County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility located at 0000 Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx.
