Directly or, to the knowledge of the Borrower, indirectly use the proceeds of any Credit Extension or Release or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Person to fund, finance or facilitate any activities or business of or with any Person that is, at the time of such funding, a Sanctioned Person or in any country or territory that is at the time of such funding a Sanctioned Country or in any other manner that would result in a violation of Sanctions by any Person (including a Lender, Facility Agent, LC Issuer, Administrative Agent or otherwise).
