SATISFACTION OF COUNTY OBLIGATION. 20 In consideration of payments made by COUNTY through its Intermediary for Hospital Services 21 provided to MSN Patients pursuant to the Contract, COUNTY’s obligation to CONTRACTOR and 22 persons for whom it may have any legal obligation to provide Hospital Services shall be satisfied. 23
