Conditions of Reimbursement. With respect to any reimbursement of expenses of, or any provision of in-kind benefits to, the Executive, as specified under this Agreement, such reimbursement of expenses or provision of in-kind benefits shall be subject to the following conditions: (1) the expenses eligible for reimbursement or the amount of in-kind benefits provided in one taxable year shall not affect the expenses eligible for reimbursement or the amount of in-kind benefits provided in any other taxable year, except for any medical reimbursement arrangement providing for the reimbursement of expenses referred to in Section 105(b) of the Internal Revenue Code; (2) the reimbursement of an eligible expense shall be made no later than the end of the year after the year in which such expense was incurred; and (3) the right to reimbursement or in-kind benefits shall not be subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit.
Conditions of Reimbursement. The conditions for sending out a demand for reimbursement are as follows:
Conditions of Reimbursement. In order to be entitled to reimbursement, the bargaining unit member must meet the following conditions:
A. The bargaining unit member must be under contract with the Board of Education and actively employed to receive reimbursement for classes taken during the summer.
B. Credits must be earned at an accredited institution.
C. A grade of “B” or better must be earned in the course or a passing grade in a pass/fail course.
D. Credits earned must contribute toward the securing and/or renewal of the Standard Professional Certificate, toward the securing or renewal of an Advanced Professional Certificate or toward the securing of an advanced degree in education or graduate courses in education or field of teaching.
E. Any courses not covered in Item 4 must have prior approval, in writing, from the Office of Human Resources and Employee Relations.
F. Claims for reimbursement must be submitted by September 15, January 15, and June 15 of each school year. Reimbursement shall be made during the following month.
G. Any financial assistance or allowance received for tuition from any source shall be deducted from the amount the unit member would have been reimbursed according to the guidelines above.
H. Should a bargaining unit member currently receiving tuition reimbursement for a Doctoral Degree voluntarily separate his/her employment or has his/her employment separated for cause within three (3) years after degree completion, the bargaining unit member shall be required to repay the Xxxxxxx County Public Schools any tuition reimbursement paid on his/her behalf during the three (3) years preceding the date of separation. Such payment shall be made within one (1) year of his/her separation from employment.
Conditions of Reimbursement. As a condition of reimbursement through this Agreement, all claims for reimbursement of 26 Hospital Services provided to Enrollees shall be:
Conditions of Reimbursement. A. If this Agreement requires the City to reimburse the Developer for all or part of the cost of an improvement, the reimbursement shall be conditioned upon the Developer’s performance of all its obligations under this Agreement. Reimbursement shall be limited to that work described herein in Appendix V.
B. Any reimbursement shall be subject to the approval of bonds and/or the appropriation of funds as required by law. If funds are not available at the time any reimbursement is due under this Agreement, the City shall reimburse the Developer when funds become available. The City shall not be liable for any delay in reimbursing the Developer due to the unavailability of funds, nor shall such delay constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Conditions of Reimbursement. We can only refund the Insured up on presentation of original paid invoices corresponding to costs incurred with our approval. Refund requests must be sent to:
Conditions of Reimbursement. A. Unit members will be reimbursed for the cost of college courses up to six (6) hours earned from July 1 of one (1) year to June 30 of the following year. The maximum rate of reimbursement will be adjusted to be the tuition rates set by Frostburg State University for undergraduate and graduate courses.

4. Credits earned must contribute toward the renewal of the Standard Professional Certificate or toward the securing of an advanced degree in education or field.
5. Any courses not covered in Item 4 must have prior approval, in writing, of the person responsible for certification in the Board of Education Office.
6. Claims for reimbursement should be submitted by September 15, January 15, and June 15 of each given school year. Reimbursement will be made during the following month.
7. It will be the responsibility of all A & S personnel to renew their certificate at the appropriate time.
8. All hours carrying college credits not used for the Master’s Degree can be counted applicable to the Master’s plus 30 and Master’s plus 60 incentive pay.
Conditions of Reimbursement. [Additional service specific conditions of reimbursement will be added during contract negotiations] F-5.4 Refugee Services reserves the right to request additional information from the Provider regarding invoice supporting documentation.
Conditions of Reimbursement. 25 A. As a condition of reimbursement through the Contract, all claims for reimbursement of Hospital 26 Services provided to Enrollees shall be:
27 1. Claims for Hospital Services provided during each Period of the Contract, as enumerated in 28 the Referenced Contract Provision of the Contract, except for:
29 a. Claims for Hospital Services covered by a court order.
30 b. Claims for Hospital Services if eligibility for a person is established by COUNTY after 31 the claims submission deadline for the applicable contract period.
32 2. Submitted electronically and completed in accordance with the Contract. Paper claims shall 33 not be accepted without prior authorization of ADMINISTRATOR.
34 3. Initially received by the Intermediary no later than ninety (90) calendar days following the 35 date of service; provided, however, that claims shall be received no later than 36 a. September 30, 2025 for Period One. 37 b. September 30, 2026 for Period Two 1 c. September 30, 2027 for Period Three.
2 B. Intermediary should initially approve or deny all claims no later than 3 1. October 31, 2025 for Period One.
