Satisfaction of Master Indenture. If the City shall pay or cause to be paid, or there shall otherwise be paid to the Owners, principal of and interest on all of the Improvement Area #3 Bonds, at the times and in the manner stipulated in this Master Indenture, and all amounts due and owing with respect to the Improvement Area #3 Bonds have been paid or provided for, then the pledge of the Trust Estate and all covenants, agreements, and other obligations of the City to the Owners of such Improvement Area #3 Bonds, shall thereupon cease, terminate, and become void and be discharged and satisfied. In such event, the Trustee shall execute and deliver to the City copies of all such documents as it may have evidencing that principal of and interest on all of the Improvement Area #3 Bonds has been paid so that the City may determine if the Master Indenture is satisfied; if so, the Trustee shall pay over or deliver all moneys held by it in the Funds and Accounts held hereunder to the Person entitled to receive such amounts, or, if no Person is entitled to receive such amounts, then to the City.
