Satisfaction Surveys. 22.5.1 Exult Supplier shall prepare customer satisfaction surveys and management satisfaction surveys on a frequency and basis to be agreed by the Regional Governance Panel. 22.5.2 Customer satisfaction surveys and management satisfaction surveys shall be submitted to the Regional Governance Panel by the Country Representatives and the results of such surveys shall be summarised in the relevant Service Performance Report.
