ABM Conducted Surveys. In addition to the satisfaction surveys to be conducted by Supplier pursuant to Section 7.6(a), ABM may survey Authorized User satisfaction with Supplier’s performance in connection with and as part of broader Authorized User satisfaction surveys periodically conducted by ABM. At ABM’s request, Supplier shall cooperate and assist ABM with the formulation of the survey questions, protocols and procedures and the execution and review of such surveys.

  • Business Conducted Borrower shall continue in the business currently conducted by it using its best efforts to maintain its customers and goodwill.   • Professional Development; Adverse Consequences of School Exclusion; Student Behavior The Board President or Superintendent, or their designees, will make reasonable efforts to provide ongoing professional development to Board members about the adverse consequences of school exclusion and justice-system involvement, effective classroom management strategies, culturally responsive discipline, appropriate and available supportive services for the promotion of student attendance and engagement, and developmentally appropriate disciplinary methods that promote positive and healthy school climates, i.e., Senate Bill 100 training topics. The Board will conduct periodic self-evaluations with the goal of continuous improvement. New Board Member Orientation The orientation process for newly elected or appointed Board members includes:

  • Professional Conduct Any Firm providing legal services to Citizens shall ensure that its personnel complies with all applicable standards of ethics and rules of professional responsibility, including the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct promulgated by the Florida Supreme Court for attorneys practicing in Florida (or similar standards applicable to attorneys practicing outside the State of Florida).   • HIV/AIDS Model Workplace Guidelines Grantee will: a. implement the System Agency’s policies based on the Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS), AIDS Model Workplace Guidelines for Businesses at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/hivstd/policy/policies.shtm, State Agencies and State Grantees Policy No. 090.021. b. educate employees and clients concerning HIV and its related conditions, including AIDS, in accordance with the Texas. Health & Safety Code §§ 85.112-114.

  • Independence from Material Breach Determination Except as set forth in Section X.D.1.c, these provisions for payment of Stipulated Penalties shall not affect or otherwise set a standard for OIG’s decision that Xxxxx has materially breached this IA, which decision shall be made at OIG’s discretion and shall be governed by the provisions in Section X.D, below.

  • ETHICAL CONDUCT Seller's employees shall comply with the BorgWarner Supplier Code of Conduct articulated within the BorgWarner Supplier Manual. Compliance with these standards is a mandatory component of Buyer's purchase contracts worldwide and must also apply to Seller subcontractors. Both, the BorgWarner Supplier Code of Conduct and the BorgWarner Supplier Manual are incorporated by reference as part of the Purchase Order, are binding on the Seller, and Seller explicitly verifies to have read and accepted the BorgWarner Supplier Code of Conduct and the BorgWarner Supplier Manual.

  • Proposed Corrective Action Plan Simultaneously with the submission of the Audit, the Recipient will submit to OCR for its review and approval a proposed Corrective Action Plan to address all inaccessible content and functionality identified during the Recipient’s Audit. The proposed Corrective Action Plan will set out a detailed schedule for: (1) addressing problems, taking into account identified priorities, with all corrective actions to be completed within 18 months of the date OCR approved the Corrective Action Plan; (2) setting up systems of accountability and verifying claims of accessibility by vendors or open sources; and setting up a system of testing and accountability to maintain the accessibility of all online content and functionality on an ongoing basis.

  • Diagnostic Assessment 6.3.1 Boards shall provide a list of pre-approved assessment tools consistent with their Board improvement plan for student achievement and which is compliant with Ministry of Education PPM (PPM 155: Diagnostic Assessment in Support of Student Learning, date of issue January 7, 2013). 6.3.2 Teachers shall use their professional judgment to determine which assessment and/or evaluation tool(s) from the Board list of preapproved assessment tools is applicable, for which student(s), as well as the frequency and timing of the tool. In order to inform their instruction, teachers must utilize diagnostic assessment during the school year.
