Satisfying Conditions to the Distribution. VF and Kontoor Brands shall cooperate (or shall have cooperated) to cause the conditions to the Distribution set forth in Section 3.01 to be satisfied (or waived by VF) and to effect the Distribution at the Distribution Time upon such satisfaction (or waiver by VF).
