Satisfying Conditions to the Distribution. L Brands and VS shall cooperate (or shall have cooperated) to cause the conditions to the Distribution set forth in Section 3.01 to be satisfied (or waived by L Brands) and to effect the Distribution at the Distribution Time upon such satisfaction (or waiver by L Brands).
