Savings and Other Plans. During the Contract Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all savings, deferred compensation and retirement plans which are or may hereafter become generally available to senior executives of the Company (subject to the eligibility requirements of such plans, except as such eligibility requirements are modified by the provisions of Article IV and this Article VI).
