If In any provision of this Agreement, or the application of such provisionprovisions in this Agreement, should be rendered or determined to be declared to be invalid by any appropriate court action action, or by reason of any existing are determined to be inconsistent with the Federal or subsequently enacted legislationState Law, the remaining parts or portions of for this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Savings Clause.
