Savings/Reductions Form. The Contractor shall submit one (1) accurately completed PUR7064-Savings/Price Reductions form containing the required savings information for each Product Category offered and a method(s) for the Department to verify the savings information provided within 10 business days following Notice of Award of the contract, upon each request to renew and/or extend the contract, or upon any action that establishes or adjusts the prices under the contract.
