Loss of Benefits. Employees who are separated from the service by a discharge under other than honorable conditions, bad conduct, or dishonorable discharge shall not be entitled to any of the benefits of Section 3 through Section 9 of the Article (relating to military leaves without pay) except such vested rights as they may have acquired thereto by virtue of payments made into their retirement accounts.
Loss of Benefits. No employee who, prior to the date of this Agreement, was receiving more than the rate of wages in this Schedule or working less hours than stipulated in this Agreement, or any other benefits shall suffer a reduction of wages or increase in hours worked per week or loss of benefits, because of the adoption of this Agreement.
Loss of Benefits. Employees who have been granted leave without pay shall not continue to earn annual leave, sick leave and length of service credits for such unpaid leave. The parties agree to minimize time lost from work.
Loss of Benefits. Loss of Benefits. No employee who, prior to the date of this Agreement, was receiving more than the rate of wages as in Appendix "A", shall suffer a reduction of wages, because of the adoption of this Agreement.
Loss of Benefits. For all non-permanent employees, sick leave and vacation credits earned shall not be forfeited by a break in service unless such break exceeds twelve calendar months.
Loss of Benefits. Employees who have been granted leave without pay shall not continue to earn annual and sick leave and length of service credits for the time spent in authorized Union activities except as indicated in Article 12. The parties agree to minimize time lost from work. Time off for Union business shall not be counted in the equalization of the overtime process.
Loss of Benefits. 2/13/1 Employees on leave of absence without pay shall continue to earn vacation and sick leave for the first two hundred sixteen (216) hours of time spent per calendar year in authorized Union activities contained in Article II, Section 6 (Union Conventions, Educational Classes, and Bargaining Unit Conferences) and Section 8 (Attendance at Local Union Meetings or Monthly Xxxxxxx Meetings). 2/13/2 Employees on leave of absence without pay shall continue to earn vacation and sick leave for time spent in authorized union activities contained in Article II, Section 12 (Executive Board) and for contract negotiations meetings with the Employer.
Loss of Benefits. 1. All leave benefits may terminate and/or be forfeited upon termination of employment.
Loss of Benefits. Leaves of absence without pay of less than ninety (90) calendar days shall not result in a loss of benefits.
