Common use of SBC-7STATE only Clause in Contracts

SBC-7STATE only. 7.1 Any demand provided by SBC-7STATE to CLEC under Section 9.5.1 will further specify that upon disconnection of CLEC, SBC-7STATE will cause CLEC's End Users that are provisioned through Resale Services to be transferred to SBC-7STATE local service. 9.7.1.1 A copy of the demand provided to CLEC under Section 9.7.1 will be provided to the Commission.
