SBC SOUTHWEST REGION. 5-STATE shall provide a toll free facsimile number to CLEC for the submission of requests for Resale Services and Lawful Unbundled Network Elements under this Agreement; CLEC shall provide SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE with a toll free facsimile number for notices from SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE relating to requests for Resale Services and Lawful Unbundled Network Elements under this Agreement.
