Scaling Location Sample Clauses

The Scaling Location clause defines the specific site or sites where scaling activities—such as increasing or decreasing the scope, volume, or capacity of services or deliverables—will take place. In practice, this clause may identify a particular facility, geographic area, or digital environment where adjustments to the project or service are permitted or required. By clearly specifying the location for scaling, the clause helps prevent disputes over where changes can be implemented and ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of the operational boundaries for scaling activities.
