Scanning. The Contractor shall provide a method and service for the digital scanning of records, including large documents greater in size than 8.5” x 14” at a minimum of 300 dots per inch (DPI) in both grayscale and color. The original document's text and graphic image shall be converted into digital data, which may then be emailed, transferred to a new media and formatted for use and if applicable, stored in the Customer Portal and Repository. The resulting scanned documents shall be accessible through open standards such as searchable PDF, TIFF, JPEG, etc.
