Schedule 1A. Key Provisions;
Schedule 1A. Schedule 1A of the Agreement is amended so that as amended it shall read in its entirety as indicated in Appendix A to this Amendment.

Schedule 1A. Schedule 1A is hereby modified to add each of “V-9014 BD Dryer” and “V-9015 BD Dryer” to the list captioned “Proprietary Equipment (100% JV Ownership”. Schedule 1A is further modified to reflect the following as the ownership interests of each of Infineum and Kraton in each of the G-l Unit and the G-2 Unit: G-l 0 % 100 % G-2 37.72 % 62.28 % Kraton and Infineum agree that Schedule 1A may be changed upon mutual written agreement of the parties each year as part of the Annual Plan & Budget and in accordance with other applicable provisions of the Agreement, including without limitation Article 3.4.4.
Schedule 1A. Table of Processing Personal Data and Data Subjects

Schedule 1A. Attached hereto is Schedule 1A, which clarifies the manner in which the Shares and Warrants beneficially owned by BVF Investments, L.L.C. pursuant to the Agreement shall be registered by the Company. Except as modified by Schedule 1A, Schedule 1 shall be unchanged. BVF Investments, L.L.C. agrees to return to the Company any original certificates representing Shares and Warrants held by it prior to issuance of corrected certificates representing Shares and Warrants as described in Schedule 1A.
Schedule 1A. Existing Permitted Indebtedness
Schedule 1A. Japan True-Up Commencing in the calendar quarter of the First Commercial Sale of a VEGF Product in Japan, the Quarterly True-Up shall include a potential payment to Regeneron (the "Japan True-Up"). The Japan True-Up shall equal the Japan Royalty Payment (as set forth in Part I), less ************* (as set forth in Part II). An example of a quarterly Japan True-Up is shown in Part III.
