Schedule 1A definition

Schedule 1A. This schedule lists and describes each lease for, or license for the use of, personal property, whether written or oral, to which the Seller is a party, together with the term, rental and other material provisions thereof.
Schedule 1A means Schedule 1A to the 1995 Order.

Examples of Schedule 1A in a sentence

  • Contributions (Including Loans) From Individuals: Enter the amount of Total Contributions from Individuals (Schedule 1-A) in Column A of the Summary page.

  • For the period commencing at least 30 Business Days prior to the Termination Date and continuing until the date on which the Aircraft is returned to Lessor in the condition required by this Lease, Lessee will provide for the review by Lessor and/or its representative all of the Aircraft Documents described in Schedule 1A.

  • Notwithstanding any terms of this Schedule 1A to the contrary (including without limitation, any references to “dirty fingerprint” records), Lessee may maintain all Aircraft Documents (or any subset thereof) in electronic format; provided that Lessee shall send to Lessor all hard copies of all Aircraft Documents.

  • On the Closing Date, the Lessee shall deliver each Unit described on Schedule 1-A to the Trust, and the Trust shall accept such delivery.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions hereof and on the basis of the representations and warranties set forth herein, the Lessee agrees to sell to the Trust, and the Trust agrees to purchase from the Lessee, on the Closing Date and immediately following consummation of the transactions described in the third and fourth recital clauses above, the Equipment described in Schedule 1-A, and, in connection therewith, the Trust agrees to pay to the Lessee the cost for each Unit as specified in Schedule 1-A.

  • The sale of the Units described on Schedule 1-A hereto and the Existing Equipment Subleases, the Pledged Units and the Existing Pledged Equipment Leases by TRLTII contemplated hereby is intended for all purposes to be a true sale of all of TRLTII's right, title and interest in and to such Units, the Existing Equipment Subleases, the Pledged Units and the Existing Pledged Equipment Leases to the Lessee, which shall be the legal owner thereof upon such sale.

  • Liferay provides a set of intellectual property assurances according to the terms of Liferay’s Legal Assurance Program set forth in Schedule 1.A. Please note: Unless otherwise explicitly noted in the applicable EULA, the Software is provided under a perpetual license (subject to Customer’s compliance with applicable terms) while the benefits of the Subscription Services are limited to the Subscription Term and will expire unless Customer renews its Subscription Services.

  • The Notes shall be substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1-A and Schedule 1-B, respectively.

  • Schedule 1 means Schedule 1 of this Licence unless otherwise stated;

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Schedule B herein mean Schedule B attached hereto as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time (deemed or in writing) pursuant to Section 16 or 19(l).

  • Schedule 2 means Schedule 2 of this Licence unless otherwise stated;

  • Schedule E means internal revenue service schedule E (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Schedule A has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(a);

  • Schedule 4 means Schedule 4 to ITEPA;

  • Schedule 3 means Schedule 3 to ITEPA;

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Schedule I means the schedule of all Sale Portfolio that is Sold by the Seller to the Purchaser on a Purchase Date, as supplemented on any subsequent Purchase Date by the “Schedule I” attached to the applicable Loan Assignment, and incorporated herein by reference, as such schedule may be supplemented and amended from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof, which schedule shall, together with all supplements and amendments thereto, be included in and made part of the Loan Asset Schedule attached to the Loan and Servicing Agreement.

  • Exhibit C attached hereto is a graphic representation of the Permanent Easement. In the event of an ambiguity in Exhibit B, Exhibit C may be used to resolve said ambiguity.

  • Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Exhibit 2 Standard File Codes – Delinquency Reporting

  • Annex A means the Commission’s General Conditions of Contract.

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Exhibit B means [Vendor]’s Response.

  • Exhibit means any item labeled as an Exhibit in the Solicitation or placed in the Exhibits section of the solicitation.

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Exhibit F The awarded category pricing from the Contractor’s submitted Price Sheet from 3rd Bid RFP 15-80101507-SA-D

  • Exhibit D means Exhibit D to the Judgment;

  • Exhibit A means collectively Exhibits A-1 through A-n which incorporate into the Agreement the specific terms and conditions for each TCK licensed hereunder.

  • Schedule III bank means an authorized foreign bank named in Schedule III of the Bank Act (Canada);

  • Exhibit E means Exhibit E to the Judgment;
