Common use of Schedule A Amendment Clause in Contracts

Schedule A Amendment. Schedule A to the Subadvisory Agreement is hereby amended and restated as attached hereto to reflect that the Sub-Adviser will manage a portion of the assets of the Systematic Growth Fund and shall be compensated on those assets managed in accordance with Section 2 of the Subadvisory Agreement at the fee rate reflected in Schedule A attached hereto.

Schedule A to the Subadvisory Agreement is hereby amended and restated as attached hereto to reflect that the Sub-Adviser will manage a portion of the assets of the Systematic Growth International Opportunities Fund and shall be compensated on those assets managed in accordance with Section 2 of the Subadvisory Agreement at the fee rate reflected in Schedule A attached hereto.

Schedule A to the Subadvisory Agreement is hereby amended and restated as attached hereto to reflect that the Sub-Adviser will manage a portion of the assets of the Systematic Growth Global Real Estate Fund and shall be compensated on those assets managed in accordance with Section 2 of the Subadvisory Agreement at the fee rate reflected in Schedule A attached hereto.

Schedule A to the Subadvisory Agreement is hereby amended and restated as attached hereto to reflect that the Sub-Adviser will manage a portion of the assets of the Systematic Growth each of High Yield Bond Fund and Mid Cap Value Fund and shall be compensated on those assets managed managed, in accordance with Section 2 of the Subadvisory Agreement Agreement, at the fee rate reflected in Schedule A attached hereto.

Schedule A to the Subadvisory Sub-Advisory Agreement is hereby amended and restated as attached hereto to reflect that the Sub-Adviser will manage a portion of the assets of the Systematic Growth International Value Fund and shall be compensated on those assets managed in accordance with Section 2 of the Subadvisory Sub-Advisory Agreement at the fee rate reflected in Schedule A attached hereto.
