The Project Management Plan shall provide a description of Proposer’s plan and management approach for schedule and cost control on the Project, including at least the following: (a) Describe Proposer’s document, cost control and schedule management system to be used to control and coordinate the cost and schedule of the work during the term of the Development Agreement and the CMA, including during design, construction, and maintenance. (b) Describe the proposed Project schedule methodology and cost control approach and include at least the following: A description of the system used for preparing and updating the Project schedule. A description of the system used for preparing and updating the schedule of values. A description of the proposed plan to integrate Subcontractor activities into Proposer’s scheduling and reporting system. A description of the proposed approach for calculating progress performance on a monthly basis and preparing payment requests. A description of how Proposer will approach re-scheduling of its work to achieve schedule recovery objectives and how these objectives will be enforced with its work force and Subcontractors. The number of full-time equivalent personnel who will perform scheduling, reporting, invoicing and other project controls functions for the Project.
