Common use of Schedule Delay Clause in Contracts

Schedule Delay. To the extent that the time initially established for the completion of CONSULTANT’S services is exceeded or extended through no fault of the CONSULTANT, compensation for any services rendered during the additional period of time may be computed as follows: at standard hourly rates. See Exhibit A or as a fixed fee.
