Common use of SCHEDULE FOR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS Clause in Contracts

SCHEDULE FOR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS. 8.1 The performance of each Employee in relation to his/her performance agreement shall be reviewed on the following dates with the understanding that reviews in the second and third quarter may be verbal if performance is satisfactory: (a) July to September 2021 for the Fourth quarter; Formal (b) October to December 2021 for the First quarter; Informal (c) January to March 2022 for the Second quarter; Formal (d) April to June 2022 for the Third quarter.
